Is there a minimum trade order?
No. There is no minimum order, in the UK or anywhere we ship, so you can start as small as you like at trade prices. International orders ship DDP via Swap, so duties and import taxes are paid at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch trade orders within 1–2 working days. Transit then depends on your shipping zone — your country page shows the current transit time for the UK and every country we ship to.
Can I order if I'm outside the UK?
Yes! We ship to 180+ countries worldwide. Find your country's page for local lead times and import details.
Do I need to be a registered business?
Yes, trade accounts are for registered businesses only. You'll need to provide your business name, contact details, and optionally your VAT number during the application.
How do I pay for orders?
Build your order in the trade portal and pay securely at checkout. If you don't pay straight away, your quote and its payment link stay in the portal and we email you a reminder. Once payment clears, your VAT invoice is emailed to you and can be downloaded from the portal at any time.
How do VAT, duties and taxes work on trade orders?
UK trade orders: trade prices in the portal are shown ex VAT, and UK VAT is added at checkout and shown on your VAT invoice. Outside the UK: Every international order ships DDP (delivered duty paid) via Swap, our international shipping partner: import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in the international shipping line, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
