Compliance & Import Notes
A contact phone number is mandatory for delivery and parcels are capped at 15kg, with larger orders split across shipments. All applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout. Orders ship DDP (delivered duty paid) via Swap, so import duties and taxes are charged at checkout and there is nothing to pay on delivery.
