Compliance & Import Notes
African customs vary widely and pre-shipment inspection is often required, so attach a precise commercial invoice and ensure a contact phone number is on every shipment. Parcels are capped at 15kg each (rates climb above 15.5kg), so larger orders ship in multiple boxes, and all taxes and duties are calculated at checkout.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum trade order?
No. There is no minimum order, so you can start as small as you like at trade prices. Orders dispatch within 1–2 working days and typically arrive in 5–15 working days, fully tracked.
How long does delivery to Senegal take?
Expect a 17-day lead time; transit runs 5-15 days and can be variable across the Africa zone. Every parcel is tracked.
How do I apply for wholesale pricing?
Apply online at /trade/apply. Most applications are approved within 24 hours, and trade pricing is shown in your trade account once you are approved.
How are customs, duties and import taxes handled?
Orders ship DDP (delivered duty paid) via Swap, so import duties and taxes are charged at checkout and there is nothing to pay on delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.
How do payment and reordering work?
Checkout is secure and online, and reordering is quick from your account. A phone number is mandatory for delivery, and 15kg-capped parcels mean large restocks ship across several boxes.
