Who can apply for a MEGATAN trade account?
Tanning salons and sunbed studios, beauty salons, spas and wellness centres, retailers and distributors. Trade accounts are for businesses; individual shoppers can buy from our online shop.
What do I need to apply?
Your name, email, phone number, business name, business type and country. Your Instagram handle, website, VAT number and expected monthly spend are optional, but a website or VAT number helps us verify your business faster.
How long does approval take?
Verification starts as soon as you create your login and takes a few seconds. If we can verify your business straight away, your trade account opens there and then. If anything needs a human check, our trade team reviews it and usually replies within 48 hours. Most applications are approved within 24 hours.
Where can I see trade prices?
Trade prices are shown only inside the trade portal, once your account is approved.
Do I need a VAT number?
No. The VAT number is optional. Add it if your business is VAT registered.
Can I apply from outside the UK?
Yes. Choose your country on the application. Our trade country pages show where we ship trade orders and how delivery works.
I already have a MEGATAN account. Can I use it?
Yes. Log in first and your email and name are filled in for you, and there is no new login to create. Or apply with the same email address and log in when asked. If you continue with Google, use the Google account for the email on your application.
