Compliance & Import Notes
Orders ship DDP (delivered duty paid) via Swap, so import duties and taxes are charged at checkout and there is nothing to pay on delivery. Parcels are capped at 15kg each (rates rise sharply above 15.5kg), so heavier orders ship in multiple boxes, and all taxes and duties are calculated at checkout.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum trade order?
No. There is no minimum order, so you can start as small as you like at trade prices. Orders dispatch within 1–2 working days and typically arrive in 5–15 working days, fully tracked.
How long is delivery to Samoa?
Allow a 17-day lead time; Pacific transit runs 5-15 days and can be variable, so we build in buffer. All parcels are tracked.
How do I apply for wholesale pricing?
Apply online at /trade/apply. Most applications are approved within 24 hours, and trade pricing is shown in your trade account once you are approved.
Who handles customs clearance and duties?
Orders ship DDP (delivered duty paid) via Swap, so import duties and taxes are charged at checkout and there is nothing to pay on delivery. We include a commercial invoice and note pre-shipment inspection may apply. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.
How do payment and reordering work?
Pay securely online and reorder anytime from your account. A valid phone number is mandatory for delivery, and 15kg-capped parcels mean large orders ship across multiple boxes.
