Yes, customers must be 18 years or older to use our sunbeds. This is a legal requirement under the Sunbeds (Regulation) Act 2010. We'll ask for ID if there's any doubt, so please bring photo identification with you.

You can book online by creating a free MEGATAN account. Once registered, you can purchase minute packages or subscribe to a monthly membership, then book your preferred time slot directly from your account. Walk-ins are also welcome, but we recommend booking to guarantee your preferred time — especially during peak hours.

The K11 Premium Access pass is a £14.99/month add-on that unlocks our flagship K11 bed. It lets you use your existing membership or package minutes on the K11 — no extra minutes needed. It also completely waives the K11 surcharge, so you tan at standard rates on a premium bed. It works alongside any MEGATAN membership or minute package.

We offer flexible monthly memberships starting from £14.99/month. Plans include MEGATAN Glow, Glow+, and Unlimited — each with different monthly minute allowances. You can also add K11 Premium Access for £14.99/month. Every membership can be managed from your online account.

Every sunbed is cleaned by our team after each use. Fresh towels and disposable protective items are always available.

Just yourself! We provide complimentary goggles (essential eye protection), towels, and tanning enhancers for purchase if needed. Wear comfortable clothing that's easy to change. Remove jewellery and makeup before your session for the best results.
