No. There is no minimum order, so you can start as small as you like at trade prices. Orders dispatch within 1–2 working days and typically arrive in 3–5 working days, fully tracked.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Tracked transit to Hong Kong is typically 3-5 days, while mainland China usually takes a little longer.
How do I access wholesale pricing?
Apply online at /trade/apply. Most applications are approved within 24 hours, and trade pricing is shown in your trade account once you are approved.
Should I ship to Hong Kong or the mainland?
They are distinct markets. Orders ship DDP (delivered duty paid) via Swap, so import duties and taxes are charged at checkout and there is nothing to pay on delivery.
