1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the MEGATAN website (megatanonline.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Products and Orders

2.1 Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

2.3 Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. For full shipping information, please see our Delivery page.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@megatanonline.com. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. MEGATAN Studio Terms

5.1 Bookings

Studio session bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund.

5.2 Health and Safety

By using our sunbed facilities, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and have no medical conditions that would make sunbed use inadvisable. You must follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff.

5.3 Salon Subscriptions

MEGATAN+ salon subscriptions ("Subscriptions") provide recurring access to our tanning studio facilities and are billed on a monthly basis in accordance with your chosen plan. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

5.3.1 No Refund Policy

All Subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: unused sessions or minutes within a billing period, dissatisfaction with the service, personal circumstances preventing use of the facilities, early cancellation of the Subscription, or any other reason. By subscribing, you accept full responsibility for your Subscription fees and acknowledge that each payment is final.

5.3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your online account portal. Cancellations made via the self-service portal take effect immediately and will prevent future billing at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your Subscription benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Should you choose to request cancellation via email (hello@megatanonline.com) instead of the self-service portal, please be advised that email cancellation requests require up to 7 business days to process from the date of receipt. If a scheduled payment is taken during this processing period, MEGATAN shall not be held liable and no refund will be issued for that charge. We strongly recommend using the self-service portal for instant cancellation to avoid any unintended charges.

5.3.3 Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and up to date. Failed payments may result in suspension of your Subscription benefits. MEGATAN reserves the right to adjust Subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice.

5.3.4 Subscription Benefits

Subscription benefits, including tanning minutes and any associated perks, are personal to the account holder and are non-transferable. Unused minutes or benefits do not roll over to subsequent billing periods unless explicitly stated in your plan terms. MEGATAN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Subscription benefits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3.5 Acceptance of Terms

By completing your Subscription purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Subscription terms in full, including the no-refund policy and email cancellation processing timeframe.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MEGATAN and protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEGATAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
