We dispatch all UK orders from our Birmingham warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm on working days are dispatched the same day.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also track your order from your MEGATAN account dashboard.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
