Region	Delivery Time	Cost
Europe (EU)	2-11 business days	£9.99
Rest of World	Contact us for rates

Note: International orders ship DDP (delivered duty paid): destination import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also track your order from your MEGATAN account dashboard.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us as soon as you can (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. This does not limit your statutory rights; for returns, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
