Compliance & Import Notes
African customs vary widely and pre-shipment inspection can apply to some categories. A contact phone number is mandatory on the consignment, and any applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Orders ship DDP (delivered duty paid) via Swap, so import duties and taxes are charged at checkout and there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum trade order?
No. There is no minimum order, so you can start as small as you like at trade prices. Orders dispatch within 1–2 working days and typically arrive in 5–15 working days, fully tracked.
What are the lead and delivery times to Zambia?
Expect around 17 days in total. Freight into the region runs 5–15 days and can vary, so we ship fully tracked and require a phone number for carrier coordination.
How do I access wholesale prices?
Apply online at /trade/apply. Most applications are approved within 24 hours, and trade pricing is shown in your trade account once you are approved.
How are customs, duties and import taxes handled?
Orders ship DDP (delivered duty paid) via Swap, so import duties and taxes are charged at checkout and there is nothing to pay on delivery. We provide tracking and a commercial invoice, and any duties or VAT due in Zambia are calculated at checkout.
How do payment and repeat orders work?
Payment is taken securely at checkout, and once approved you can reorder anytime from your account by repeating past orders to keep your bestsellers in stock.
