Compliance & Import Notes
A valid phone number is mandatory for clearance and delivery, and parcels are limited to 15kg. All applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. Orders ship DDP (delivered duty paid) via Swap, so import duties and taxes are charged at checkout and there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum trade order?
No. There is no minimum order, so you can start as small as you like at trade prices. Orders dispatch within 1–2 working days and typically arrive in 5–15 working days, fully tracked.
What is the delivery lead time to Benin?
Expect roughly 17 days end to end. UK transit is typically 5-15 days and can vary, so we build in buffer and track every shipment.
How do I unlock trade prices?
Apply online at /trade/apply. Most applications are approved within 24 hours, and trade pricing is shown in your trade account once you are approved.
How are customs, duties and import taxes handled?
Orders ship DDP (delivered duty paid) via Swap, so import duties and taxes are charged at checkout and there is nothing to pay on delivery. Pre-shipment inspection may apply. We supply the commercial invoice and calculate duties and taxes at checkout.
How do I pay and reorder?
Checkout is secure and online, and a mandatory phone number speeds delivery. Reordering takes seconds from your approved trade account at the same wholesale terms.
