    Compliance & Import Notes

Caribbean transit runs 5-10 days but can be variable, so order with a buffer and provide an accurate commercial invoice; to keep parcels economical we cap at 10kg per box (rates jump sharply above 10.5kg), so splitting larger orders into multiple 10kg parcels saves on freight. Orders ship DDP (delivered duty paid) via Swap, so import duties and taxes are charged at checkout and there is nothing to pay on delivery.
