    Brazil Delivery Questions

How long does delivery to Brazil take?

Orders are shipped fully tracked with FedEx and typically arrive in 5-10 days from the UK, though Brazilian customs clearance can make timings variable.

How much is shipping to Brazil?

Shipping starts from £38.99 (around R$ equivalent) and is priced by parcel weight, so your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Will I pay customs or import tax?

Import duties and taxes for orders to Brazil are calculated at checkout and included in the international shipping line. We ship DDP (delivered duty paid) via Swap, our international shipping partner, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Is there a maximum order size?

Yes, the maximum order weight is 70kg. For Brazil we recommend keeping individual parcels lean, and larger orders may be split for smoother clearance.
