    What should I bring or wear?

    Just photo ID. Eyewear, towels, and prep wipes are provided. You're in a fully private suite.

    Do I need a subscription to claim this?

    No. No card, no commitment. Optional plans start at £14.99/month if you love it.

    I already have a MEGATAN subscription — can I still claim?

    Yes. The 6 free minutes stack on top of your existing balance.

    When do the free minutes expire?

    14 days after you claim them. They can be used on the K11 only, not on our standard beds, so book your session soon.

    • One claim per customer.
