Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all locations within the United Kingdom & Europe. Shipping is 2-4 business days and free on orders above £20.

What is your return policy for Christmas?
All returns must be in an unused, unopened, and resalable condition. During the festive season, our returns policy covers all gifts purchased from MEGATAN, offering you complete reassurance. You have the flexibility to return any items bought between November 1st, 2023 and December 24th, 2023 until January 14th, 2024. Kindly note that for hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted for items with removed security and/or hygiene tags. Regular returns policy applies to items purchased after December 24th, 2023.
What is the dispatch time for my order?
Orders made before 12:00 pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday) usually ship on the same day. Our team endeavours to expedite all orders as swiftly as possible, though immediate same-day dispatch might not always be feasible. Orders usually take between 2-4 business days to arrive.
How can I make a payment for my order?
You have the option to pay using Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, or Apple Pay. When using Apple Pay, please ensure that the delivery address listed on your Apple Pay account is accurate.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we offer payments in instalments with Klana.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. It's also not possible to merge two orders or add products to an existing order. If a mistake is made, we can cancel and refund your order, allowing you to place a new one with the correct details. To cancel an order, contact us at hello@megatanonline providing your name, order number, and full address.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
There is a limited time frame between order placement and processing initiation. If you reach out immediately via hello@megatanonline.com we might cancel the order before active dispatch. Alternatively, we'll dispatch the order, and if desired, you can return it upon receipt. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses, so please double-check your address. To cancel an order, send us your name, order number, and full address. If the order is dispatched, you'll need to return it at your expense.
My order has an incorrect address, can it be resent?
Ensuring accurate delivery information is your responsibility. For PayPal/Apple Pay users, confirming your delivery details is advisable. We are not liable for incorrect delivery information provided.
Where is my order confirmation?
After placing an order, you'll receive an email confirmation to the entered address. If you don't receive an email, check your spam folder or verify the correctness of the email address. If undelivered after 48 hours, contact customer services on hello@megatanonline.com
How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch email receipt, our courier will send tracking information. The email might be from Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, or TrakPak, depending on the chosen delivery option or parcel contents.
Why are my tracking updates absent?
A dispatch confirmation arrives once your parcel leaves our warehouse. It could take up to 2 working days for tracking to update after initial dispatch scan. If updates are still absent within the advised timeframe, contact customer services.
I forgot to apply a discount code, what's the solution?
Due to system constraints, we can't retroactively apply discount codes to placed orders. Please ensure accurate entry and application of discount codes during order placement.
I received an incorrect/damaged item, how to proceed?
While we strive for perfect deliveries, errors and damages can occur. If the received item is damaged or incorrect, email your order number, photos of the fault, and a brief description to hello@megatanonline.com for swift resolution.
A part of my order is missing, what's the next step?
For missing items, email hello@megatanonline.com with your name, order number, and details of the missing item. Provide an image of the received packaging for swift resolution.
Is free delivery available?
Yes, free U.K. and Europe free delivery is offered on all orders over £20.
How do I return my order?

Do you provide free returns?
Presently, we do not offer free returns.
Can I return a lightly used product?
Unused/used items cannot be returned unless faulty. For suspected faulty items, provide images/videos of the fault, along with your details, to hello@megatanonline.com for resolution.
